It's always the mom and pop places that make the best food. Pizza Man definitely delivered. It's not that its hard to find or anything, but definitely kina in the back hidden a bit. I went with Hawaiian today, I am enjoying every slice. Prices are fair. I'm definitely coming back, they are pretty close to my house. 2 thumbs up. Also, the staff is very friendly.
We used to go to the Pizza Man in sherman oaks, but that location has been long gone. I've been to this location a couple times. The pizza is very consistent, fresh tasting, and everytime I walk in I am greeted by the gentleman behind the counter. Super kind, attentive, makes you feel like a guest! Thank you Pizza Man for always making some great pizza and food and keeping the Nostalgic Vibes that make Pizza Man oh so great!
I don't know about these other reviews but I enjoy Pizza Mans pizza. Can't speak on any other menu items but I always get a small pepperoni and am always satisfied. My favorite part is the crust! I recommend you give it a try!
I came here on a weekday afternoon, hungry and ready for that special deal they have going on. $4 for a medium one-topping, $5 for a large. When I went in, no one was at the front to help. An older gentleman was eating with a younger one. The younger guy cleaned up, came up and helped me. They didn't have any pepperoni pizzas ready, but he told me it would only take 7 minutes to make one. So just as I was about to order one, the older man comes up, and says 'would you like to buy the pizza we have here?' And shows me a plain cheese as well as a Hawaiian style, I told him I preferred to get a fresh pepperoni. Then he offered me a good deal on them because someone else orders but didn't come get them, so I went for it. The pizza is ok, not the best, not the worst. Just ok. The customer service was quite awesome. Thanks.
